Such clear figures and good explanatory text - I understood in hours what had taken days of struggle before I got this book. I just wish someone had recommended it to me sooner.

If I had continued the yoga teacher training I would have used it again as one must study anatomy. However, I didnt continue on and eventually gave away the book. But it is a cool book.
