Human Anatomy Study Guide

How hard is it to self study anatomy and physiology for medicine?

I have 3 more years till I have to give the admission exam for med school and I started studying anatomy first because I really like it. It's pretty hard to get into the university I want; it's for smart and passionate people and I think I can get there, as long as I will study seriously. So... how can I efficiently learn by myself anatomy and physiology? I really want to be very good at it.
