Thanks! i will look them up. well healthy athletes are well-trained and able to cope with the HBP. adaptation ma. the normal population that has to look out for it. it would affect them more if they are leading a sedentary lifestyle. why they need to exercise to adapt themselves to coping with high blood pressure.
i like the inflammation thing. but like the lipid hypothesis, i think they need validation in a large scale. i am not sure about the studies that have been done so far but i think it looks promising. thanks for bringing it up!
ya. that sounds like a plan and i will keep it in mind. but i might be here for a couple of years more. might my research project if it goes well this year.
